Come in for a free 45-minute consultation and trial session where we’ll chat about your goals, current habits, and what type of training will support you best. You’ll also get a feel for what it’s like training with me. No pressure—just a real conversation and an intro to your fitness journey.

Choose the format that works for you:
30 minutes
Short on time? This focused session packs in strength and technique without the fluff. Great for consistency and building habits.
45 minutes
A balanced session that allows time for warm-up, strength work, mobility, and recovery.
60 minutes
All sessions include:
Customized strength programming
Progress tracking
Technique coaching and mobility work
Support via text or email between sessions
Full-body, in-depth training. Perfect if you want to include strength, conditioning, mobility and mindset coaching in one session.
