🕒 Personal Training Sessions

Choose the format that works for you:

30 minutes

Short on time? This focused session packs in strength and technique without the fluff. Great for consistency and building habits.

45 minutes

A balanced session that allows time for warm-up, strength work, mobility, and recovery.

60 minutes

All sessions include:

  • Customized strength programming

  • Progress tracking

  • Technique coaching and mobility work

  • Support via text or email between sessions

Full-body, in-depth training. Perfect if you want to include strength, conditioning, mobility and mindset coaching in one session.
