About me.

I didn’t grow up as an athletic kid — far from it. I never played sports and even had a medical exemption from PE. For years, I coasted on “good genes”… until my thirties, when my energy crashed, and my body started changing.

I started with group fitness — riding the high of loud music, sweaty sessions, and early results. I got hooked on the cortisol and endorphin rush, feeling for the first time that movement could actually be fun.

But eventually, I hit a plateau. I was working harder, not smarter. My body craved more intention, not just intensity. That’s when I discovered strength training — real, progressive, muscle-building work that didn’t just change my body, but rebuilt my confidence and resilience from the ground up. I was able to reverse autoimmune symptoms, improved my mental clarity, and gained a deeper sense of self-trust.

After 15 years in a corporate world, I made the leap to help others discover what I wish I’d known earlier: that strength is for everyone. You don’t have to grow up athletic. You don’t have to “look the part.” You don’t have to be fit to start — you just have to start.

I believe skeletal muscle is the ultimate currency of longevity. Building and maintaining muscle improves:

  • Metabolic health and blood sugar regulation

  • Body composition

  • Bone density and joint support

  • Hormonal balance and energy

  • Disease prevention

  • Mobility, independence, and quality of life as we age

And the best part? You can start building strength at any age and any stage.

Yes, I’m a fitness fanatic — but I don’t expect you to be. My philosophy is to meet you where you are, and build from there. I work with real people with real lives, helping them make strength and movement a sustainable part of their routine — without turning their lives upside down.

If you're ready to invest in yourself, build sustainable strength, and finally feel at home in your body — I’d love to help you get started.
